Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@neuro.solar and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Neuro.Solar is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Re-shipping costs for returned packages due to address errors will be the customer's responsibility.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your NeuroSolar Helmet within 90 days of the delivery date, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
